This Policy applies to HostGraber's affiliate and referral Partner Program. Participation does not by itself authorize a partner to resell HostGraber services, represent itself as HostGraber, or enter into contracts on behalf of HostGraber. Separate reseller services or agreements may be subject to different terms.
About the Partner Program
The HostGraber Partner Program is designed to reward eligible partners for introducing new customers to HostGraber.
By registering for, accessing or using the Partner Program, you agree to comply with this Partner Policy and other applicable HostGraber policies.
A partner may promote eligible HostGraber services using approved referral links, campaigns, content and other permitted promotional methods.
Commission becomes payable only where a referral satisfies the eligibility, tracking, validation and retention requirements described in this Policy.
Partner Eligibility
HostGraber may review and approve Partner Program registrations before or after activation.
Partners must provide accurate registration, identity, contact, payment and bank information.
HostGraber may request KYC or additional verification before approving an account, commission or withdrawal.
- Partner information must be accurate and current.
- A partner account must remain active and compliant.
- Partners must use lawful promotional methods.
- Partners must not misrepresent their relationship with HostGraber.
- HostGraber may reject or review applications presenting fraud, compliance or reputational concerns.
Partner Commission Structure
Eligible HostGraber products and services may generate commission under the quarterly progressive commission structure below.
Domains, licences and add-on products are excluded from partner commission unless HostGraber expressly states otherwise.
₹50,000 × 10% = ₹5,000
₹2,00,000 × 20% = ₹40,000
₹50,000 × 25% = ₹12,500
Total commission = ₹57,500
Commission is calculated on eligible sale value excluding GST and other applicable taxes.
Commission Quarters
Partner sales tiers are calculated using the following quarterly periods:
- January – March
- April – June
- July – September
- October – December
Eligible sales are evaluated within the applicable quarter for the purpose of calculating progressive commission tiers.
Referral Tracking & Attribution
A referral may be attributed to a partner when a unique prospective customer first visits HostGraber through the partner's valid tracking link and completes an eligible signup within the applicable attribution period.
365-Day Attribution Window
The existing Partner Program provides an attribution period of up to 365 days from the qualifying referral interaction.
The referred customer must also satisfy the applicable validation and active service requirements before commission becomes finally eligible.
Tracking Responsibility
Partners are responsible for confirming that their referral links and tracking URLs are correctly implemented before directing traffic to HostGraber.
HostGraber is not responsible for referral attribution lost because a partner edits, masks, redirects, removes parameters from or otherwise interferes with an assigned tracking link.
Sales completed before a partner joined the Partner Program are not eligible for retroactive commission.
Partner Balance & Payouts
Signup Bonus
An eligible partner account may receive an ₹500 signup bonus following successful Partner Program registration, subject to HostGraber's applicable program rules and verification.
Minimum Withdrawal
A withdrawal request may be submitted after the eligible partner balance reaches at least ₹2,000.
Payment Method
Approved payouts are generally transferred to the partner's verified bank account registered with HostGraber.
Processing
HostGraber aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 2 working days, subject to verification, banking availability, compliance review and applicable payment requirements.
Commission Approval
Referral commission may initially appear as pending while the underlying order is reviewed.
The existing program provides for initial commission approval after approximately 3 working days from the client's qualifying purchase, subject to later reversal where the referral fails the requirements of this Policy.
Commission Reversals
Pending or previously credited commission may be reversed where the underlying referral ceases to satisfy Partner Program requirements.
30-Day Active Requirement
A referred customer must maintain an eligible active service for at least 30 consecutive days.
Commission may be reversed where:
- The referred customer cancels before completing the required active period.
- The customer receives a qualifying refund.
- The referred service is downgraded in a manner that makes the original commission ineligible.
- The transaction is charged back or reversed.
- The transaction is fraudulent or unauthorized.
- False customer information was used.
- The referral violates HostGraber policies.
- The underlying order is cancelled, refunded, unpaid or otherwise invalidated.
Fraud-related reversals may occur even after the initial commission approval period.
Advertising Compliance
Partners must promote HostGraber using legitimate, transparent and lawful marketing methods.
Unless expressly approved in writing by HostGraber, partners may not use:
- Cashback, rewards or financial incentives offered solely to generate referral conversions.
- Pay-to-click or pay-to-read traffic.
- Click exchanges or banner exchanges.
- Artificial or incentivized traffic.
- Pop-up or pop-under traffic intended to force attribution.
- Unsolicited bulk email or spam.
- Purchased or fabricated traffic.
- Automated clicks, bots or other non-human traffic.
- Cookie stuffing.
- Hidden iframes, pixels or techniques that create attribution without a genuine user referral interaction.
HostGraber Brand & Trademark Rules
Participation in the Partner Program does not transfer ownership of or provide an unrestricted licence to HostGraber trademarks, branding, website content or intellectual property.
Paid Search
Partners may not bid on HostGraber's company name, trademarks, confusingly similar terms or deliberate misspellings for paid search advertising unless expressly authorized in writing.
Domains
Partners may not register or use domain names designed to imitate HostGraber or that contain HostGraber trademarks or confusingly similar variations in a manner that could mislead users.
Website Copying
Partners may not copy or reproduce HostGraber's website, page layouts, proprietary content or other protected material and present it as their own.
Representation
A partner must not represent itself as HostGraber, Sharspire Private Limited, an employee, an authorized corporate representative or an agent empowered to bind HostGraber.
Prohibited Promotional Activity
Partner links, banners or promotional material must not be placed on websites or services containing or primarily promoting prohibited or unlawful content.
Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:
- Illegal content or services.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material.
- Unlawful pornographic content.
- Phishing or credential theft.
- Malware or malicious software.
- Fraud or deceptive schemes.
- Counterfeit or knowingly infringing goods or services.
- Marketing designed primarily to generate fraudulent or artificially short-lived customers.
Partners must comply with applicable advertising, privacy, anti-spam and consumer-protection requirements when promoting HostGraber.
Fraud & Self-Referral
Referral commission is intended to reward genuine acquisition of new HostGraber customers.
HostGraber may reject, reverse or withhold commission associated with artificial, manipulated or fraudulent referrals.
This may include:
- Fake customer registrations.
- Stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Fabricated customer information.
- Manipulated referral tracking.
- Coordinated chargeback activity.
- Duplicate or artificially created customer accounts.
- Transactions designed primarily to obtain partner commission rather than acquire a genuine customer.
Customer Payment Details
Referred customers must provide their own legitimate contact information and authorized payment method to qualify as genuine referrals.
Where suspicious activity is detected, commission and withdrawals may be temporarily held while the underlying referrals and transactions are reviewed.
Affiliate Partners & Reselling
The Partner Program covered by this Policy is a referral and affiliate program.
A partner may not purchase HostGraber hosting under the Partner Program and resell that service to customers while claiming referral commission, unless the arrangement is expressly approved under a separate HostGraber reseller program, product or written commercial agreement.
Customers referred through the Partner Program must generally maintain their own HostGraber customer account, contact information and payment method.
Use an applicable HostGraber Reseller Hosting or VPS Reseller service rather than the affiliate/referral Partner Program.
Suspension & Deactivation
HostGraber may suspend, restrict or deactivate a partner account where program rules are violated or where suspicious activity requires investigation.
Grounds may include:
- Violation of this Partner Policy.
- Misleading or false advertising.
- Fraudulent referrals.
- Repeated high-risk or fraudulent customer registrations.
- Trademark or brand abuse.
- Cookie stuffing or tracking manipulation.
- Spam or prohibited traffic generation.
- Abuse of commissions, promotions or signup bonuses.
- Conduct that exposes HostGraber, customers or third parties to significant legal, security or reputational risk.
Commission associated with fraudulent, prohibited or otherwise ineligible activity may be reduced to zero, withheld or reversed.
Voluntary Discontinuation
A partner may discontinue participation by stopping promotion and removing HostGraber affiliate links.
Certain account, payment, transaction and partner records may continue to be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
Taxes & Partner Obligations
Partner commission is calculated on eligible sales excluding GST and other applicable taxes.
Partners are responsible for their own tax registrations, filings, declarations and other tax obligations arising from commission income, except where HostGraber is legally required to deduct, collect or report an amount.
HostGraber may request tax, identity, banking or other information necessary to process a compliant payout.
Statutory deductions may be made from payouts where required by applicable law.
Program Changes
HostGraber may modify the Partner Program, including commission rates, eligible products, attribution rules, minimum payout thresholds, promotional rules or other program terms.
Material changes may be communicated by updating this Partner Policy, through the Partner interface, by email or through another reasonable communication method.
Continued participation after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Partner Policy, subject to applicable law.
Acceptance of Agreement
By registering for or continuing to use the HostGraber Partner Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Partner Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not register for the Partner Program or should discontinue your participation.
Participation in the Partner Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise or authority for the participant to bind HostGraber or Sharspire Private Limited.
