CloudVest by HostGraber / Infrastructure Leasing
Infrastructure Leasing is a fixed-term, fixed-schedule programme that lets eligible partners lease out defined hardware capacity at HostGraber's Kolkata data center — with documented terms, KYC verification, and full lifecycle visibility on a live dashboard.
Compare available capacity tiers and find the plan that fits your commitment level.
Understanding The Programme
Infrastructure Leasing is a fixed-term programme offered through CloudVest, HostGraber's structured participation platform. Under this programme, eligible partners lease out defined hardware capacity — servers, storage, or network infrastructure — at HostGraber's data centers. In exchange, HostGraber pays a fixed amount on a set schedule for the duration of the agreed tenure, independent of how that capacity is used day to day.
The structure is built around three things: a defined tenure agreed before enrolment, a documented set of terms that state exactly how payments work and when they occur, and continuous visibility through a live dashboard that tracks tenure progress and payment history from day one. Nothing about the arrangement is left to interpretation after the fact — every detail that matters is set out in writing before a partnership begins.
Unlike performance-linked participation (offered separately through CloudVest's Growth Partner programme), Infrastructure Leasing does not vary with utilization, revenue, or business performance. The payment schedule is set at the outset and does not change over the life of the agreement, which is what makes this programme suited to partners who prioritize predictability over upside potential.
Every partner enters through a KYC verification process before any capacity is leased, and every agreement is documented and accessible from the partner's CloudVest dashboard for the full duration of the tenure.

Founder
Vikalp
Founder, HostGraber
Vikalp founded HostGraber and built its Tier-III-class data center and cloud infrastructure from the ground up in Kolkata, West Bengal. What started as a single facility has grown into a full hosting and cloud platform — web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, reseller cloud, and colocation — all run out of that same Kolkata data center, supported by a team handling everything from data center operations to billing and client support.
CloudVest extends that same infrastructure to partners, rather than existing as a separate, unrelated venture. The systems behind CloudVest — the dashboard, the KYC flow, the account access — are built on the same technical foundation as the rest of HostGraber, not spun up as a new product from scratch. When you look at CloudVest, you're looking at the same infrastructure, the same operational team, and the same Kolkata data center that already serves HostGraber's hosting and cloud customers today.

Questions, Answered
Infrastructure Leasing is a fixed-term programme offered through CloudVest, HostGraber's structured participation platform. Eligible partners lease out defined hardware capacity at HostGraber's data center, and HostGraber pays a fixed amount on a set schedule for the duration of the agreed tenure.
Tenure varies by tier — each plan reflects a different capacity band and fixed term length. Exact tenure options are confirmed during onboarding and set out clearly in your partnership agreement before you commit.
Yes — Infrastructure Leasing terms are fixed for the tenure you select at signup, and this is stated clearly in your agreement before enrolment. There is no ambiguity about how long a term runs once it begins.
Early exit requests can be raised from your dashboard. Depending on how far along your term is, an exit may involve a reduced payout or a processing window — full details are set out in your partnership agreement, not left unclear.
Infrastructure Leasing pays on a fixed schedule that does not change with performance. Growth Partner, CloudVest's other programme, is performance-linked instead — payouts move with utilization and revenue. Leasing suits partners who prioritize predictability; Growth Partner suits those comfortable with variable outcomes.
Yes. KYC verification is required before any capacity is leased and before your account activates. This is a one-time step done during onboarding, not a recurring requirement.
Payments are generally treated as taxable income under applicable Indian tax law. We recommend checking with your CA for guidance specific to your situation — CloudVest doesn't provide tax advice.
No — CloudVest uses single sign-on with your existing HostGraber account. Log in as usual and you'll land directly in your CloudVest dashboard, with no separate password to manage.
