Accounts found violating applicable spam rules may be restricted, suspended or terminated. Severe violations may result in immediate removal.
Bandwidth
Services are subject to the bandwidth allocation associated with the applicable plan or service.
Where a customer exceeds an applicable bandwidth allocation and does not upgrade or otherwise resolve the excess usage, HostGraber may restrict or suspend the service until the matter is resolved.
VPS & Server Rules
Customers using unmanaged VPS or server products are responsible for administration, software configuration, operating-system maintenance, security, updates and data protection unless a managed service has expressly been purchased.
Customers should maintain appropriate backups and security controls for workloads deployed on VPS and server services.
Managed service options may be available separately where additional administration or support is required.

Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Other domain-related charges may also be subject to the applicable domain, registry and HostGraber policies.

Unlimited hosting does not convert a hosting account into a general-purpose storage, archive or backup service.

Shared hosting resources and disk space are intended for normal website files and associated application data.
Shared hosting accounts must not be used primarily as file-storage, archival or backup repositories where such use falls outside the intended purpose of the purchased service.

Resellers should ensure that their customers comply with applicable HostGraber policies and acceptable-use requirements.

Third-party products may be subject to separate licence terms, limitations, pricing changes and service conditions imposed by their respective providers.
Uptime Guarantee
Where an uptime commitment applies to a service, qualifying availability is determined according to the terms applicable to that service.
Downtime resulting from scheduled or necessary maintenance, customer actions, third-party failures or other excluded circumstances may not count toward an applicable uptime guarantee.
Account Security & Company Systems
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, passwords and access information.
Attempts to obtain unauthorised access to HostGraber systems, another customer's account or third-party systems through HostGraber services are prohibited.
Accounts associated with security threats, unauthorised access or other prohibited activity may be restricted, suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, HostGraber does not guarantee:

Initiating a chargeback may result in enforcement measures including:

Refunds are not applicable in circumstances including:

Products Excluded from Refunds
Refund eligibility does not apply to certain products and third-party or licence-based services, including:
- Domain registration, transfer or renewal.
- cPanel, Plesk and other control-panel licences.
- LiteSpeed, Softaculous and other software licences.
- Cloud, VPS and Dedicated Server services.

No refund will be provided where a service has been suspended or terminated for cause.
Domain Transfer Charges
Where a free domain was provided and the customer subsequently wishes to transfer that domain to another provider, applicable transfer fees must be paid before the domain is released.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved under the applicable policy, processing may take up to 14 days following the cancellation request.
Cancellation Process
Customers who wish to discontinue a HostGraber service must submit the applicable cancellation request through the client area and clear any outstanding dues.
Cancellation Options
A customer may request either:
- Immediate cancellation — access to the applicable hosting plan or service will cease following cancellation.
- Cancellation at the end of the billing period — the service remains available through the end of the applicable prepaid term.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a copy of their data before submitting a cancellation request. Data deleted following cancellation or termination may not be recoverable.
Taxes
Prices displayed by HostGraber are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes are calculated and added to the final invoice or checkout amount according to applicable tax requirements.
Tax amounts are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Late Payment & Non-Payment
Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of the applicable hosting account or service in accordance with the payment and enforcement provisions of these Terms.
A suspended service may be restored after applicable outstanding invoices and other required charges have been cleared, subject to the service remaining available for reinstatement.
Where an account has already been terminated and its data deleted, the previous data may not be restored and a subsequent service may be treated as a new account.
HostGraber may decline to activate new orders or additional services while an outstanding balance remains on the customer's account.
Invoice & Billing Disputes
Customers with questions or concerns regarding invoices, charges or account costs should contact the HostGraber billing team so the matter can be reviewed.
Where possible, customers should attempt to resolve a billing concern directly with HostGraber before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
You can contact our team through the HostGraber contact page .

Immediate Cancellation
Where a customer requests immediate termination, the hosting account may be suspended immediately and terminated within 48 hours.
Cancellation Upon Expiration
Where cancellation is scheduled for the end of the subscription period, the hosting account may be suspended when the subscription expires and terminated within 48 hours after expiration.
Failure to Renew
Where a hosting account is not renewed on its due date, the existing policy provides for suspension after 24 hours and termination within 48 hours after expiration.
Terms of Service Violation
A violation of these Terms during the subscription period may result in immediate account suspension and termination.
Potential Fraud
HostGraber's anti-fraud controls may identify an order as high-risk. If requested verification information is not provided, the account may be suspended or terminated.
Dispute or Chargeback
Under this account-termination provision, where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, HostGraber may suspend the account and allow a 7-day period for resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, termination may follow.
Maintain an independent backup of your hosting account. Files associated with a terminated service may be permanently deleted, and HostGraber does not guarantee recovery following termination.
