This guide shows the full monthly cost, plan by plan, so you can budget correctly before you move your books online.
We use HostGraber’s live Tally on Cloud plans and the official TallyPrime prices published by Tally Solutions. All figures exclude GST unless stated, and were checked in November 2026.

The 24-month total works out to ₹10,776 for Speed, ₹21,576 for Turbo, ₹38,376 for Power and ₹59,976 for Boost. Add 18% GST to each: the Speed plan, for example, comes to about ₹12,716 for two years including tax.
TallyPrime Licence Cost: The Part Most Quotes Leave Out
No hosting company can legally include your Tally licence for free, so it is always a separate cost. According to Tally Solutions’ own TallyPrime total cost guide, current prices (excluding GST) are:

Rental

Silver (1 user)

₹750/mo or ₹8,100/yr
₹4,500/yr
Gold (multi-user)

₹13,500/yr

If you already own a TallyPrime licence, you do not pay this again. You move the licence from your office PC to the cloud server, and your total Tally on Cloud price is just the hosting fee plus GST.
!
Silver is single-user. If two or more people need to work in Tally at the same time, you need a Gold licence, whatever hosting plan you pick. Confirm licensing with Tally or your Tally partner before you buy.
Real Monthly Cost by Team Size
Here is what a business actually pays each month when it rents the licence and takes HostGraber hosting on a 24-month term. This is the honest way to compare the Tally on Cloud price of different providers.

Look at cost per user and the bigger plans become very efficient. Turbo works out to about ₹300 per user, Power to about ₹160 and Boost to about ₹25 per user each month for hosting.
Should You Buy or Rent the Tally Licence?
Over three years, renting is often cheaper than buying once you include TSS renewals, which you need for updates and statutory changes such as new GST rules:
Silver: buy ₹22,500 + two TSS renewals ₹9,000 = ₹31,500, versus rent ₹8,100 × 3 = ₹24,300.
Gold: buy ₹67,500 + two TSS renewals ₹27,000 = ₹94,500, versus rent ₹24,300 × 3 = ₹72,900.
Buying makes more sense if you plan to stay on Tally for many years or may skip some TSS renewals. Renting suits new businesses that want a low, predictable monthly cost.

How to Compare Tally on Cloud Pricing Between Providers
Prices online range from under ₹200 to several thousand rupees a month. The cheapest offers are usually shared servers where many companies share one machine. Before you compare any Tally on Cloud price, check these five points:
01
Is the price per user or per server?
A ₹300 per-user plan costs ₹3,000 for 10 users. A fixed plan with 10 users included may be far cheaper.
02
What is the renewal price?
Intro prices are often half the renewal rate. Budget on the renewal price, not just the first term.
03
Are RAM and CPU dedicated?
Tally slows down at month-end and GST filing time if the server is overloaded. Check the vCPU and RAM you actually get.
04
Is backup included or an add-on?
Your accounts are critical data. Find out how often backups run, where they are stored and what they cost.
05
Where is the data center?
A server in India gives lower lag for typing vouchers and keeps your financial data in the country.
Hidden Costs to Watch For
GST of 18% on hosting and on the licence, which many price lists leave out.
Backups sold as a paid add-on. On HostGraber, daily Tally backup is an add-on too, so include it in your budget.
Data migration charges for moving your existing company data.
Extra users charged per head once you outgrow the plan.
Tally’s own Cloud Access, which Tally Solutions sells separately for 3, 6 or 12 months and which still needs a TallyPrime licence.
Which Plan Should You Choose?
To get the best Tally on Cloud price, pick the plan by how many people use Tally at the same time, not by how many staff you have. A sole proprietor or freelance accountant is well served by Tally Speed. A small shop or office with an owner, an accountant and a billing operator fits Tally Turbo. Firms with several branches or a CA team working on many companies should look at Tally Power or Tally Boost. You can upgrade later as you grow, and your Tally on Cloud price rises only when your team does.
