Role Overview
HostGraber is looking for a Growth Hacker who thrives on experimentation, data, and rapid scaling. This role is focused on driving user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
You will work directly on funnels, campaigns, and conversion optimization to scale HostGraber’s hosting and cloud products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth experiments across paid & organic channels
- Manage and scale Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Optimize conversion funnels (Landing Page → Checkout → Retention)
- Improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics
- Work on SEO growth strategies (content + technical)
- Build and optimize landing pages (Elementor / WordPress)
- Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and pages
- Set up and manage retargeting funnels
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel
- Identify new growth channels (affiliate, partnerships, communities)
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of performance marketing (Meta + Google Ads)
- Knowledge of SEO (on-page + technical basics)
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with funnels, attribution, and tracking
- Hands-on with tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Meta Ads Manager
- Basic knowledge of WordPress / Elementor / WHMCS
- Understanding of hosting / domains / VPS (big advantage)
Requirements
- 1–4 years experience in growth / digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns or traffic
- Data-driven mindset (numbers > assumptions)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong problem-solving & experimentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in hosting / SaaS / tech industry
- Knowledge of email marketing & automation funnels
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
